I can't hold it no longer in me
my feelings are splashing against the walls of my mind
as if they were waves splashing against the cliffs
they needed to break free

somehow I felt confident
I wasn't scared
I wasn't afraid
there was no fear
that sensation of doing it the wrong way
it was gone

whatever I said
it was me
speaking the truth
because I learned that lies can only hurt
the ones I care about
and now, I care about you

that's why I said it
because keeping it to myself
would be lying to you
would be hurting me more

in the end
you made my worries vanish
you made my ghost hunting me quite
but most important, you made me more than I could ever be on my own
